What is Lightbulb Impact Leaders Program (L. I. L. Program)?

Lightbulb Impact Leaders Program gathers family members and leaders in the community who volunteer to serve at least one day a year in a variety of school activities as assigned by the school principal or other administrator.


Who are these Impact Leaders?

Mom, dad, grandpa, grandma, Aunt, Uncles any member of the family of students at Robert E. Lee.

Community leaders such as business owners, political personnel, police, firefighters, and military.


What are the goals of the Lightbulb Impact Leaders program?

To provide positive role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.

To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.

Community involvement in the schools.
